Barcelona dominated AC Milan ,Claimed Guardiola

Barca had plenty of possession in Wednesday’s quarter-final first leg clash but failed to convert their superiority into goals, meaning they head into next week’s second leg in a precarious position.
As long as Milan with Custom Soccer Jerseys score one goal at the Nou Camp next Tuesday, the La Liga giants will have to beat them by two goals in order to proceed to the semi-finals, but Guardiola refused to criticise his team’s inability to find the back of the net on Wednesday.
“We played well, we had possession and we dominated,” Guardiola said in his post-match press conference.
“At halftime, I told my players not to take too many risks, but despite that we had 17 shots on target while playing with nine players from our youth ranks.
“We played like ourselves in a match which was really demanding. Milan with Soccer Jerseys are satisfied with the result and that is the biggest compliment we can get from a club with seven European Cups.”
Guardiola did however find fault with the San Siro pitch, claiming it spoiled what could have been an epic match between the two sides.
“Milan should take some measures,” Guardiola declared. “We play where we are told to play, but I do not think that Inter Milan and Milan want a pitch with these conditions.
“It is bad for the spectacle, but to be champions we must overcome all adversities. We have done this many times, although people say otherwise.”
Guardiola also called on the Nou Camp faithful to turn up in full strength next Tuesday, claiming: “These players have given too many things to be left alone. I know that the fans will come.”
Before the return leg against Milan, Barca have a tricky match against Athletic Bilbao on Saturday.
Manchester City ready to beat United to target Javi Martinez with £25m transfer

Manchester City are set to beat title rivals United to the £25 million signing of Athletic Bilbao midfielder Javi Martinez this summer.
City boss Roberto Mancini with Soccer Jerseys has sent scouts to watch the former Osasuna man, who can also play at centre-back, a number of times this year as the Italian looks to shore up his squad ahead of next season’s Champions League campaign.
Sir Alex Ferguson is already believed to be keen on the Spain international after he helped Bilbao knock the Red Devils out of the Europa League earlier this month, with Liverpool also eyeing a move for the 23-year-old.
While Martinez’s contract has a buy-out clause of £34m, the Basque club are understood to be open to an offer in the region of £25m despite the player’s current deal not expiring until 2016.
City would be willing to pay the fee, particularly with striker Carlos Tevez still likely to leave Eastlands in the coming transfer window, despite Martinez himself recently suggesting he is not worth such a large sum.
He wears Cheap Soccer Jerseys told that he does not think there is anyone who wants to pay so much for him.He see it as too much money for him. He does not think he is worth so much.
The Spaniard’s ability to play in both midfield and at the back could be a determining factor in Mancini’s pursuit, particularly with the club suffering from defensive shortages earlier in the season, while the loan acquisition of David Pizarro from Roma in January suggests the former Inter boss is still keen to improve his options in the centre of the park.
David Silva has also given his international team-mate a ringing endorsement, with the former Valencia man keen to see his countryman arrive at Eastlands following their World Cup winning exploits in 2010.
However, City face competition not only from their Premier League rivals for Martinez’s signature, but also from Real Madrid, Barcelona and Inter, who have all been strongly linked with the a move for the player.
UEFA is likely to consider joint bids for the 2020 European football championship

UEFA is likely to consider joint bids for the 2020 European football championship, general secretary Gianni Infantino told a news conference on Wednesday.
The tournament switches to 24 finalists in 2016, which will be hosted by France, so only a handful of single candidates could realistically hold the championship.
Infantino said that UEFA has a history of joint bids .so this is certainly possible. They have to bear in mind there will be 24 teams which means at least nine stadia.
The first European championship to be jointly hosted was in 2000 when Belgium and the Netherlands shared the finals followed by Austria and Switzerland in 2008. This year’s finals are being jointly hosted by Poland and Ukraine. Due to hosts, Ukraine Soccer Jerseys are rather popular all over the world.
Next week, all 53 member nations of UEFA will be invited to bid to stage the 2020 tournament and will have until mid-May to declare their interest. Voting will take place in late 2013 or early 2014.
Turkey, who missed out by one vote for the 2016 tournament, may again consider running but their chances will depend on how quickly they sort out the match-fixing problems that have overshadowed their domestic soccer season.
Infantino wearing authentic Custom Soccer Jerseys and said again that Turkey had and has, unfortunately, some issues. It is now up to the Turkish FA bodies to take the appropriate decisions. It is their responsibility. They know what they have to do. and they will look into this matter if they don’t take any decisions. They have zero tolerance on match-fixing and it is important they take the right decisions.”

Juventus 2-2 AC Milan – Serie A
Posted by root | Filed under Soccer Clubs
An extra-time goal from Mirko Vucinic was enough to take Juventus through to the Coppa Italia final after a pulsating 2-2 draw with AC Milan at Juventus Stadium on Tuesday.
Holding a 2-1 lead from the first leg, the Turin giants were boosted by an Alessandro Del Piero goal in the first half, but goals after the break from Djamel Mesbah and Maxi Lopez subjected the Bianconeri to their first defeat of 90 minutes this season and took the tie into extra-time. Vucinic stepped up though to score a sumptuous goal to send the Old Lady to the final.
With the Bianconeri holding all the cards going into the game, it was the Rossoneri who started the brighter of the two sides. Milan were completely dominating possession in the early stages, and perhaps should have made Antonio Conte’s side pay on 20 minutes. Zlatan Ibrahimovic turned past Andrea Pirlo on the edge of the Juventus area, and, opening up his body, sent a shot goalwards, only to see Marco Storari push it wide of his left-hand post.
Milan with Soccer Jerseys were still dominating the play – ending the half with just under 60 per cent of the possession – but it was Juve who had the best chance just before the break. Mirko Vucinic was played through by Arturo Vidal, but delayed his cross for too long, and the eventual ball to Emanuele Giaccherini was slightly too high as he headed wide.
The sides returned for the second period, and almost immediately a deep searching through ball from Philippe Mexes alluded all the Juventus defenders inside the area and reached the far post, where Mesbah finished brilliantly with a diving header into the top right-hand corner of the net.
Juventus substitute, and former Milan striker, Marco Borriello wearing Authentic Cheap Soccer Jerseys had the best opportunity to avoid extra-time just moments later. Played through by Giaccherini, the Italian forward found himself one-on-one with Amelia, but he could only hit his effort straight at the keeper, and with that, the teams went into the added 30 minutes.
Extra-time began with exactly the same frenetic tempo as the game itself, and within minutes, Juventus had two great chances to score. Firstly, a cross from the right found Claudio Marchisio, but he blazed over. And secondly, Vucinic played Giaccherini clean through on goal, but the former Cesena man, deciding to go around Amelia, had the ball taken from under his feet by the keeper.
But midway through the first period, all of that was forgotten as Vucinic struck a beautiful effort from 30 yards into the top right-hand corner of the net to give the Bianconeri a 4-3 aggregate lead going into half-time.
The second period quickly turned into a scrappy midfield battle, with lots of late, niggling challenges. And despite a late charge from Milan, the referee blew for full-time to take Juventus through to their first cup final since 2004.
Liverpool 2-1 Stoke – FA Cup
Posted by root | Filed under Soccer Clubs
Goals have been in short supply for Stewart Downing, but his second of the season secured another trip to Wembley after an FA Cup quarter-final win over Stoke. The England international has not had the start he would have wanted to his Liverpool career and did not score his first until the third-round victory over Oldham in January. However, if he is saving his best for the knock-out competition, manager Kenny Dalglish will be hoping there is more to come from the 27-year-old with a second trophy of the campaign now tantalisingly within their grasp.
As is to be expected against Stoke, it was a hard-fought encounter where – for once this season – the quality of Liverpool’s finishing proved the difference.Tony Pulis’ side travelled to Anfield knowing the Potters had not won there for 53 years. And although they did at least put an end to one bad run by scoring their first goal in seven FA Cup encounters against the Merseysiders courtesy of Peter Crouch, they never really threatened an upset after equalising Luis Suarez’s opener. The first half was all about Liverpool with Liverpool Jersey trying to establish some control and Stoke working their hardest to deny them, and for 20-odd minutes the pair almost cancelled each other out.
Maxi Rodriguez, on his first start since January 28, belied his diminutive stature to rise above the Potters’ towering defence and nod over Steven Gerrard’s early free-kick before Crouch, in a warning of what was to come, headed tamely at Jose Reina from Ryan Shotton’s cross.
Stoke’s work-rate was causing problems to Liverpool’s patient build-up play as the hosts were given no time to settle on the ball, but when the Reds ran at the Potters’ defence it produced better results.Andy Carroll in Soccer Jerseys volleyed over and Jon Walters failed to hit the target after running through the inside-right channel before he blasted the last chance of the half into the Kop from a free-kick on the edge of the penalty area.Within a minute of the second half re-start, Gerrard had forced Sorensen into a low save while Suarez flashed a header across goal and wide of the far post from Downing’s free-kick.
The goal lifted Liverpool and Suarez’s swerving low shot tested Sorensen down to his left again as the home side looked to force home their advantage.Stoke with Cheap Soccer Jerseys began pushing harder for a second equaliser but they found Liverpool determined not to squander another lead.In five minutes of added time the Potters forced a couple of corners and Rory Delap long-throws, but this time there was no lapse of concentration at the back.Wembley is on the horizon again for Dalglish’s side and with it the prospect of a second piece of silverware this season.
Manchester City 3-2 Sporting – Champions League

City appeared in disarray as they fell 3-0 behind on aggregate following goals from Mathias Fernandez and Ricky van Wolfswinkel in the first half of the second leg of the last-16 tie.
Yet City with Manchester City Jersey were as good in the second period as they were bad in the first, hitting back through two Sergio Aguero goals and a Mario Balotelli penalty to fall agonisingly short of the quarter-finals.
The pulsating finish, which saw goalkeeper Joe Hart’s last-gasp header tipped agonisingly wide, seemed highly unlikely at the break.
After an early score when Stijn Schaars shot wide after a poor Stefan Savic clearance, City looked to attack.
Adam Johnson made two threatening runs and almost broke through as he looked to play a one-two with David Silva, but the Spaniard’s return pass was well read by Anderson Polga.
Sporting with Soccer Jerseys had no intention of sitting back on their first-leg advantage and the impressive Fernandez found space to shoot, but his effort was blocked by Savic and first-leg goalscorer Xandao headed wide from the resulting corner.
Fernandez continued to pose a danger but was booked for diving after turning sharply in the area and tumbling following minimal contact from David Pizarro.
However, Fernandez got the break he wanted soon after with a stunning free-kick in the 33rd minute after a backtracking Balotelli clumsily bundled over former Liverpool defender Emiliano Insua.
Mancini appeared frustrated by Balotelli’s actions – and exchanged words with his fellow Italian – but Fernandez took full advantage as he curled a fine shot around the wall which Hart could only palm in.
City were left needing four goals to progress after Sporting then grabbed their second of the night six minutes before the interval.
Aleksandar Kolarov with Cheap Soccer Jerseys headed clear a free-kick but was then caught out of position as Marat Izmailov stole in and crossed low for Van Wolfswinkel to tap in.
They eventually pulled one back on the hour as Yaya Toure, fed by Micah Richards, picked out Aguero in the box, who took a touch and turned to fire past Rui Patricio.
Balotelli then won a free-kick outside the area but Kolarov clipped his shot narrowly wide.
Hart almost completed a sensational comeback as he went forward for a corner deep into injury time, but his header was tipped round the post by Patricio and there was no time to take the resulting corner.
Mourinho will stay at Real Madrid

Real Madrid coach Jose Mourinho has insisted that his future at Los Blancos does not depend on the club’s progression to the quarter-finals of the Champions League.
The La Liga leaders lock horns with CSKA Moscow in the round of 16 of the competition, and need a good result on Wednesday in order to progress after being held to a 1-1 draw in the first leg.
Nevertheless, Mourinho has made it clear that the outcome of the second game will not have any influence on his future at Real Madrid.
Jose Mourinho’s future does not depend on the outcome of this Champions League tie. Unless the club say otherwise, he with Cheap Soccer Jerseys will stay here even if we lose against CSKA. His decisions don’t depend on the result of one game.
The former Chelsea manager with Soccer Jerseys then looked ahead to Wednesday’s match at the Santiago Bernabeu, and stressed that the Russian giants will not be pushovers. The best team does not always win. It will be a very difficult game. They have been a strong team for many years now. They are attacking very fast and are dangerous on the counterattack. Real Madrid has to be alert, and need the support of the fans.
Rooney and United rise to the top

Manchester United cruised to the top of the Premier League with a 2-0 victory over West Bromwich Albion thanks to a Wayne Rooney double.
A fairly one-sided affair was dominated by the champions, who were wasteful for much of the game. A moment of pure opportunism and a coolly-taken penalty from Wayne Rooney with Soccer Jerseys secured all three points for Alex Ferguson’s side, as the visitors were thwarted by David de Gea on the few occasions they managed to break out of their own half.
United responded well to the early warning from the visitors, with both Welbeck and Ashley Young coming close before Andrews stung the palms of the ever-improving De Gea from a free-kick.The champions enjoyed nearly 70 per cent possession in the opening half hour and it wasn’t long before their dominance was transformed into a half-time lead.
The champions started the second half in much the same vein and were a width of the post away from doubling their lead. Some good interplay between Hernandez and the impressive Rooney with Cheap Soccer Jerseys resulted in the Mexican producing a stunning effort on the edge of the area, but the United man’s luck was out as it fired back off the woodwork with Foster beaten.
There was to be no respite for the Baggies defence as the United onslaught continued, with Welbeck firing inexplicably wide with just Foster to beat. However, any chances of an Albion fightback vanished as the visitors pressed the self-destruct button shortly after the hour mark.
First of all, Jonas Olsson crashed into the back Hernandez who was just too fast for the Swedish defender, and having been booked just 15 minutes earlier, the Albion man was heading for an early bath. The Baggies misery was complete just five minutes later as Young tumbled in the box under pressure from Andrews, Lee Probert showing no hesitation in pointing to the spot.Rooney stepped up and coolly slotted home his 20th league goal of the season, sending Foster the wrong way.
Roy Hodgson introduced the energetic Shane Long with 20 minutes to go, and the Irishman almost made an immediate impact, forcing De Gea into a smart save at his front post. The fightback never really looked like materialising from Roy Hodgson’s men as United wiht Manchester United Jersey saw out a comfortable victory, moving to the top of the table at the expense of their Manchester rivals. West Brom stay in 13th.

France will host UEFA EURO 2016, the first UEFA European Football Championship final round to feature 24 teams.
The decision was announced by UEFA president Michel Platini with Soccer Jerseys at the Espace Hippomène in Geneva, Switzerland on Friday 28 May 2010. The UEFA Executive Committee reached its verdict by a majority of one from the 13 votes cast after examining the three bids – Italy, France and Turkey – on the final shortlist to stage the tournament.
The French Football Federation bid included 12 stadiums, of which seven would require major renovations and four would be new, in 11 cities: Bordeaux, Lens, Lille, Lyon, Marseille, Nancy, Nice, Paris , Saint-Etienne, Strasbourg and Toulouse.
France with Cheap Soccer Jerseys has previously hosted the FIFA World Cup in 1938 and 1998, winning the latter competition, having also triumphed on home soil at EURO ’84. Les Bleus added a second European crown in the Low Countries in 2000, but were beaten in the final of the 2006 World Cup by Italy.
The final tournament of UEFA EURO 2016 will be the first to feature 24 teams following a decision by UEFA’s Executive Committee in September 2008. This section will cover the various activities and developments relating to UEFA EURO 2016.
Which coach will be for Chelsea Job?
Posted by root | Filed under Soccer Clubs
Chelsea are on the look out for a new manager again, after Andre Villas-Boas was today sacked following a recent run of poor results.
Jose Mourinho
Despite Mourinho and Real Madrid with Real Madrid Jersey holding a seemingly decisive lead over Barcelona at the top of the Primera Division, Mourinho is believed to be unsatisfied at the Santiago Bernabeu and has long made it known that he wants a return to the Premier League. He is still in contact via text with key figures at the club and remains well loved at Stamford Bridge by players and fans alike, but bridges would have to be rebuilt with owner Roman Abramovich, who dispensed with Mourinho’s services in September 2007.
Rafa Benitez
Currently without a job, Benitez has built a good track record at Valencia and Liverpool with Liverpool Jersey . His reputation has taken a hit following a brief and unsuccessful spell at Inter Milan, but the Spaniard still lives in England and after reports of contact with the club before Villas-Boas’ departure, he is the bookies’ favourite.
Brendan Rodgers
Held in very high regard at the moment due to the brilliant job he has done in getting Swansea to perform as well as they have in their first season back in the top flight. Has previous experience at Chelsea having served as part of the club’s backroom staff, initially under Mourinho, but his CV may look a little similar to that of Villas-Boas.
Fabio Capello
Has a point to prove to English supporters and while his spell as England manager with England Soccer Jersey turned out to be a disappointment, he has led Real Madrid, AC Milan, Juventus and Roma to league title glory as well as winning the Champions League with Milan. Staying in London and righting the wrong of his reign as England manager might tempt the experienced Italian, while his support of John Terry could play well with the Chelsea old guard.
Guus Hiddink
The Dutchman would have been an overwhelming favourite for the post had he not recently taken the helm at the ambitious Russian side Anzhi Makhachkala. He previously stepped into the breach when the Blues parted company with Luiz Felipe Scolari and made a big impression on the playing staff, while maintaining positive relations with Abramovich. Should there be a get-out clause in his Anzhi contract, Chelsea would surely be willing to pay.
Pep Guardiola
Swapping the harmonious atmosphere at Barcelona with Barcelona Jersey for the notoriously difficult dressing room at Stamford Bridge may seem to some an uninspiring move, but Guardiola has only ever signed one-year contract extensions and has yet to put pen to paper on his latest one. Chelsea would undoubtedly be keen, but would Guardiola want to leave Barca after a season that looks set to end in success for Real Madrid?
Roberto Di Matteo
The former fan favourite has first crack at outlining his credentials as he attempts to salvage a positive end to the season in his caretaker role. But, realistically, less than a full season of Premier League management with West Brom and a spell as Villas-Boas’ assistant are unlikely to carry enough weight.
